Cedar Smoked Brie with Wild Berries and Honeycomb
1 medium brie cheese (single cream)
1 pint mixed wild berries
1 container Ames Farm honeycomb
Cracked fresh pepper
1 French baguette
Soak cedar plank in water according to product instructions.
Preheat grill to 450 degrees. Place cedar plank on grill and “cook” until fragrant.
Rub olive oil on the Brie, then season with sea salt on all sides
Toss berries with a little olive oil, and place on top of Brie.
Place Brie on cedar plank on grill. Cook with the cover down to warm through.
Serve Brie with honeycomb and toasted baguette on the side.
