Korean Beef Skewers

Serves four

Ingredients:
2 pounds beef trimmed and cut into 1" cubes
3 tablespoons sesame oil
¼ cup sesame seeds
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot chili oil
½ cup Sake
2 tablespoons ginger, grated
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 bunches scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces
 
Method:
1.    Marinate beef and onions in remaining ingredients 2-24 hours.
2.    Skewer 2 pieces of beef and 2 pieces scallions on each 6' skewer.
3.    Grill over medium high heat 4-6 minutes turning to brown all sides.
4.    Serve hot.
