Artesian Cheese Plate with Apple Chutney and Roasted Almonds with Smoked Black Pepper

Serves 8 to 12
4 ounces raw almonds
Olive oil
Sea salt and smoked black pepper
6 ounces cow’s milk cheese
6 ounces sheep’s milk cheese
6 ounces goat cheese
6 ounces blue cheese
6 ounces apple chutney
3 cups fresh fruit such as apples, pears and figs, sliced
Preheat oven to 350.
Place almonds in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place cheeses on a wonderful platter; label each.
On another platter, arrange chutney on plate, almonds and sliced fruit.
