Chef Royal's Summer Cooking Classes at Kitchen Window
The Kitchen Window Cooking School catalog is hot off the press, and Chef Royal will be teaching six exciting classes in August and September:
Wednesday, August 4 - Beyond the Fundamentals of Fresh Pasta will teach you how to make your own pasta, including tortellini and manicotti, as well as some great sauces
Thursday, August 26 - Small Plates and Cold Beer presents a great menu of small plates paired with a selection of craft beers
Thursday, September 9 -- Simmer & Stir -- The Fundamentals of a Good Sauce gives you hands-on experience in preparing classic sauces such as roux, veloute, beurre blanc and more
Friday, September 17 -- From Thin to Thick -- The Fundamentals of Pizza will give you tips for a perfect crust every time, as well as some great topping ideas
Friday, September 24 -- California Wine Dinner showcases the wines of California's Alexander Valley along with a menu that highlights the earthy and robust colors and flavors of the season
Saturday, September 25 -- Shop Like a Chef -- Great Ciao Tour is your chance to shop at this gourmet warehouse that is usually open only to chefs with Chef Royal as your guide
