Chef Royal Shows How to Host a Holiday Cocktail Party Dec. 8
A cocktail party is a great way to entertain during the holiday season. With a few great appetizers and libations, you can host a crowd without the stress of a fussy, complicated menu. Join Chef Royal, on December 8 as he shares his experiences and expertise and shows you how to put together a menu of appetizers that’s fabulous enough to impress your guests, and easy enough to let you enjoy your own party. Royal has the recipes you’ll want to serve, as well as tips for easy holiday entertaining. You’ll make each of the recipes during class, so you’ll be prepared when it comes time to throw your own party. We’ll make CUMIN-GRILLED LAMB CHOPS with SMOKED TOMATO JAM. Next, a great interactive dish for a party: RACLETTE. We’ll also make COLD SMOKED SALMON with ROASTED SWEET CORN RICOTTA PANCAKES and WILD RICE FRITTERS with HERBED GOAT CHEESE. For dessert: CRÊPES with ROASTED STRAWBERRIES WITH VANILLA BEAN AND HAZELNUT MOUSSE.
