Join us for the first-ever grilling version of our popular Dueling Chefs series, where we give two talented chefs the same ingredients and challenge them to create a fabulous meal. Today’s challenge has an extra twist – each chef will use a different type of grill to prepare their food. Chef Royal Dahlstrom will be cooking with charcoal on the Big Green Egg, while Chef Beth Fisher will use a gas Viking grill for her feast. Beth and Royal will each prepare their take on a menu that includes SALAD WITH SHRIMP as the first course, NEW YORK STRIP STEAK WITH SAUCE and a SIDE DISH and finally a GRILLED FRUIT dessert. Not only will you get to sample two wonderful menus, you’ll get to watch two talented chefs at work. They’ll share their expertise, talk about how they planned their dishes and offer tips that will help you in your next kitchen challenge.
